BOOKING FORM

Please complete the form below to book your stay in one of our three Caravans.

Once your booking request had been received, you will be sent a confirmation of the booking by email with details for making your payment. If no email address is provided in the below form confirmation will be sent out by post.

A deposit of £50 is required and will be returned 7 days after the last day of your holiday.

The full cost of your holiday must be paid no later than 28 days prior to your holiday start date.

Terms and Conditions of booking

Please make sure all members of your party are aware of the following:

1. This is a No smoking caravan.
   
   
2. No single sex groups.
   
   
3. Haven is a family complex and any unreasonable behaviour may result in you being asked to leave the complex.
   
   
4. We cannot accept more members of any party other than those stated on your booking form.
   
   
5. You cannot enter the caravan until 1:30pm on the day of your arrival and you must vacate by 10:00am on the day of departure.
   
   
6. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, accident expense or inconvenience caused to any member of your party.
   
   
7. You agree to leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition and all members of your party will be individually responsible for reimbursement of any damage caused to the accommodation or contents.
   
   
8. You must return the caravan keys to Reception when you vacate. Any loss of keys will incur a charge.
   
   
9. When you collect the keys from reception there is a £5 deposit required.
   
   
10. Occupation of accommodation is strictly limited to the number of adults and children on the booking.
    
    
11. Once the booking has been confirmed in writing you become responsible for the full booking cost. All deposits are non refundable, it is therefore advisable for you to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
    
    
12. If you choose to cancel your booking the £50 deposit is not refundable.
    
    
13. The full cost of your holiday is payable no latter than 28 days before the start of the holiday. If the full balance is not received by this date the holiday will be treated as cancelled. In this circumstance the £50 deposit that would usually be returned to you 7 days after your holiday is non-refundable.
